Tips To Keep You Energetic Throughout the Day

Do you feel you are less energetic than before? From waking up in the morning to spending the day post lunch and drained out by the day’s end we are less active than our forefathers were at our age. It is only the food and lifestyle to be blamed.

You still try to spend the morning hours in peace but once after lunch you can see each one yawning and pushing oneself to work harder. Some employees try to get over by drinking cups of coffee and tea while some do take a short nap without which they feel disgusting.

There are few reasons for this inactive mode. To list a few

·         Relieve Anxiety:  Firstly it is the mind that has to be made liable for this. Reason is unless you do not accept your work to be worship you cannot overcome the anxious behavior. You are tensed unnecessarily and at times you are super cool due to which you don’t perform.

·         Sleep well:  It is very important to meticulously manage time. if you have allotted specific time for some work, see to it that you finish it there and then and do not bring a baggage home. Have a sound night sleep and wake up early. This will reduce your lethargic feeling.

·         Break your fast heavily:   If you tend to have a healthy breakfast you do not overeat for lunch. That could save some of your alertness for the day.

·         Exercise:  This could mean a joke but seriously try it out. Work out helps secrete something called ‘Happy Hormones’ that keeps you going for the day.

·         Hydrate:  Not drinking sufficient water also could be a reason why you feel drained out. So drink at least 8-10 glasses for water every day.

·         Discard Junk:  Eatables from a fast food center and packed commercials contain ingredients that can cause laziness and sluggishness. Prefer to have home food and snack on sprouts and salads in between.
