Current generation school goers and
teens are highly advanced with new electronic devices and gadgets. There is
lack of physical activities in kids as they are using electronic gadgets like
computers, laptops, tabs, mobile phones and many more on a large scale...
As per a recent survey it is observed
that the kids in non metro areas are fit and fine and ranked top in fitness as
compared to the kids residing in
metropolitan’s like Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi. The level of capability and
strength was also quite low in kids who are not involved in outdoor games like
football hockey cricket etc.
