Single Yoga pose Reduces spinal curve



Our spine has curve to maintain alignment and stability of our spine. Due to poor posture of spine we may have to face spine problems mainly Scoliosis.



What is Scoliosis?
Scoliosis is lateral spinal curve caused by improper postures like holding heavy bags and kids on the same hip for longer time. It can result in pain and discomfort. It is common in all age groups.
