For foodies it must be really difficult to restrain
themselves from having spicy mouth watering cuisines. But it is definitely
better that one is selective on what to have rather than not to have
Brown Rice over White:
Early satiety: Tummy seems full even with
smaller content.
Rich in natural oils: reduces Cholesterol
Loaded with fiber: promotes easy bowel
movement so tummy feels light
A bowl of Brown rice with low fat butter is
delicious.
Almonds among Dry fruits:
Almonds are laden with Proteins, Fiber and
Vitamin E that have a property of restricting calories by blocking fats and
enhancing with its anti oxidant property. Soak it in water and have it anytime
in between meals.
Brown Bread well again
than White Maida Bread:
Plenty of Fiber and nutrition fills in the
tummy sooner, enhances metabolism and thus helps in reducing weight.
Brown Bread sandwich is tasty as well.
Eggetarian:
If you are not, then plan to be one ….
Contain abundant amount of proteins
required for the body and you don’t feel hungry even after a long time. Even
with 2 eggs at breakfast you feel you have had a heavy meal.

Skinnier as well:
With fewer calories and more of fiber apples
are the best option in fruits. Make it a part of your bowl of fruit salad.
