HAVE SOY DIET PRIOR TO MENOPAUSE AND KEEP YOUR HEART HEALTHY



 Incidences of Women developing heart disease are more globally. Statistics reveal figures of female death due to cardiac disease are phenomenally high.
Menopause is the time when all your systems stop working the way it used to be due to enormous changes in hormones. So is your Heart.


 How do soy products influence heart function?
A recent study has found that soy food prior to menopause could keep your heart safe from problems like Atherosclerosis and Ischemia
The research was demonstrated on Monkeys. They were supplemented with soy food. Menopause was induced in them where ovaries were removed. The test showed that it reduced the amount of plaque formation in the blood vessels by minimizing cholesterol levels. 

Variety of soy products :

  • Soya milk is the most preferred alternative for those with lactose intolerance and can be processed in the form of any other dairy products like cheese, yoghurt, tea whiteners or a dessert.
  •  Soya chunks can bring in that meat like flavor and a wonderful substitute for vegan lovers.
  • Soy oil is indeed healthy , endowed with nutritional values like rich in polysaturated fatty acids and free from Cholesterol
  • Whole grain soy bean can be used as a topping in pastas, oats , soups or any meal that you have
  • You could replace wheat or rice flour with soy flour to prepare rotis, pattis, pancakes, breads and cookies.
