been widely used by Athletes to boost up their energy, people in many service
industry work profiles to keep themselves enthusiastic and awake throughout
their shift and many such circumstances where one requires extra power.

(obtained from meat) , Acai berry , L-Theanine, Milk Thistle, Quercetin and L-Carnitine all of which are Central Nervous
System stimulants. Along with this there are added sugars, B vitamins, preservatives,
artificial sweetening agents and colors, antioxidants like vitamin E and C.

A recent Research has
found a directly proportional relation between energy drinks and Heart health ailments.
The main ingredient being Caffeine is said to be 3 times higher than regular
beverages like cola or coffee. This increased dose is said to influence the heart rate
at which the Heart contracts further leading to Cardio vascular diseases.
It is suggested that
people with cardiac disorders refrain themselves. As it contains CNS stimulants
it is not wise to be adopted by adolescents and children as it is habit forming
drink.

avoid over use of energy drinks rather than running for a remedy meanwhile..
