What makes whole grains healthy?
A whole grain contains all edible parts of the grain including the bran, germ and endosperm. All whole grains are wheat flour, whole oats/oatmeal, popcorn, Brown Rice, whole grain barley.
Whole grains are rich in nutrients like protein, vitB, fiber, antioxidants and minerals (iron, magnesium, zinc)
